want to take it lite) Masala borrows from E. Indian
celebration dance, belly dancing, tribal dance, aerobics
and hip hop. Build a mountain of energy…starting with a
light warm up, build and peak for a fun cardio workout
and finish with a soothing yoga style cool down and
relaxation. Bring 8’ colorful ribbons or scarfs for your
hands (limited supply provided). Calorie burn galore yet
so fun you don’t even feel like
you are working out.
